A family-run business since 1964, Lloyd Ltd has built an excellent reputation for providing world-leading machinery to the agricultural sector, backed up by expert service and parts teams to keep that machinery working at its best when farmers need it most.
Service and repair are a vital part of what we do, helping us build long-lasting relationships with our customers by offering high-quality machinery and the highest standards of customer service.
As an Agricultural Engineer at Lloyd Ltd, whether you are based in our workshops or out and about on farm, you will benefit from:
competitive salary and overtime pay
company pension scheme
29 days’ holiday per year
working in our state-of-the-art workshops in our new premises
a brand-new, fully-equipped van
full product training on our range of equipment and machinery from our manufacturers
Working hours of 8am to 4:30pm Monday – Wednesday and 8am to 4pm Thursday and Friday, with opportunities for additional overtime
As at all our branches, our team at Newcastle is welcoming and professional, taking pride in their new premises and in being part of one of the UK’s largest machinery dealer groups. Despite having over 260 employees, Lloyd Ltd still retains a family feel, making it a great place to work and to build a career.
All we would like from you is that you have served the appropriate, recognised apprenticeships and/or have recognised and certified qualifications for servicing and repair of agricultural machinery, and that you have worked in the agricultural or a related sector in a technical capacity, or, if you come from an agricultural background, for example, where you have been servicing your own machinery.
