What you will do:
Working as part of a customer support team in supporting Johnson Controls customers worldwide using web-based technologies
Testing/evaluating new technology and infrastructure
Ensure ongoing compliance with agreed standard IT solutions and related security practices
To continue to develop and enhance our support portal and to drive innovation in the team.
How you will do it:
Experience in HTML5 and CSS3
Java REST API experience
Content management system experience, preferably WordPress Custom Themes and Plugins.
IOS and Android App development experience preferable
Hosting applications using AWS
Comprehensive understanding of UI, UX and cross platform/browser compatibility.
Experience in creating and leveraging design guidelines / pattern libraries
Experience of using wire-framing tools, such as: Moqups, Sketch, and Invision
Strong attention to detail
Applicants must have a degree in IT or relevant experience combined with industry qualifications.
