Due to our continued growth we have an opportunity for a 1st line support engineer to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide general IT support to all CVS employees and sites across the group as part of the IT department (will need to be flexible in start time as shifts typically vary from 07:00 -16:00 to 10.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday. Regular weekend on-call availability required as well
Participate in off-site new system installation projects. Some overnight stays will be required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience working within an customer services team/environment for a multi-site business with a large customer base
Good technical background in a Microsoft Windows environment.
