The provision of a professional support service to our current and future customer base is an essential part of our current expansion and we wish to develop this section by the appointment of additional Application Engineers who will demonstrate a high level of CAD/CAM expertise, have a good telephone manner and the ability to work without supervision. Relevant engineering qualifications are essential with a sound overall engineering background; knowledge of CNC machines (Milling and Turning) and be proficient with CAD/CAM Software.
Duties include, but not exclusive to:
Customer Support via our web-based eSupport system/telephone
Customer site visits
Pre-sales software presentations
Post Processor writing/editing to customer specification
Installation of software/testing of Post Processors
Training on-site or off-site
Ability to travel throughout the UK & Ireland
Working with other team members
