This is a unique opportunity to exercise your hardware verification skills on cutting edge designs within our graphics processor group. Day to day, you’ll take responsibility for the verification of modules within the graphics core, using modern integrated circuit test techniques for both module level and top-level verification of our graphics cores.
Be responsible for the verification of one or more subsystem modules within the GPU
Use modern integrated circuit test techniques for both module level and top-level verification of PowerVR's graphics cores (integrated circuits)
Monitor coverage metrics to close the verification process
Maintain for the design verification infrastructure by tracking and closing design bugs
Work cross-functionally with other teams in the business to ensure the verification process is successful
Identify problems in module specifications to be resolved through verification processes

Good knowledge in and experience of IP level integrated circuit (IC) verification techniques and methodologies
Good understanding and experience of UVM (or similar TLM methodology)
Knowledge of SystemVerilog and/or VHDL including classes (or similar object orientated languages)
The ability to determine the full verification requirements from analysis of a module’s specification
Experience of verification planning and the DV life cycle
You may also have:
Experience integrated circuit (IC) design in VHDL or Verilog
Experience in writing assertions
Experience of ASIC design and/or verification in the field of graphics, video, microprocessors or full SoC
Formal property verification (e.g. Hector, Jasper, Formality)
Knowledge of transaction level modelling
Unix shell scripting in Python and TCL
