The Student and CRM Systems Manager will lead a team of developers, systems analysts and support staff in the development, support and maintenance of the Student Record System & CRM.
Ideally a subject matter expert for a University Student Records System (preferably SITS) with some exposure to CRM Systems (eg. Salesforce) a bonus. Leading a team of developers, analysts and support staff in the maintenance and troubleshooting of the systems. Working with the Head of Student System & CRM to define a strategic and operation roadmap for the systems. Providing expertise to the ongoing Student Systems Programme and leading relevant workstreams. Identifying opportunities for system convergence and improving user experience. Strong understanding of the Student Recruitment Lifecycle as well as Course Setup and Graduation processes is preferred. A highly motivated individual, committed to Service Excellence and continual improvement.
The DSAA supports in the region of 300 staff who all provide a critical administrative function across the University for students and academic staff. The Department is responsible for all aspects of student and academic administration from student admissions to graduation.
