RIMNET is a UK Nuclear Emergency Coordination & Monitoring System, put in place during 1987 as a direct result of the 1986 Chernobyl disaster. The RIMNET system provides (but is not limited to) monitoring, mapping and plume modelling capability, utilised across the UK and owned by the UK Government. Assist Met office by investigating (remotely) any equipment not returning data
Perform any upgrades to equipment as and when required.
