As Building Services Engineer, your role will be key to supporting a high-quality FM service delivery to our prestigious client – Staffordshire Police.
An integral member of the operations team, you’ll undertake planned and reactive maintenance on all refrigeration and air conditioning systems, whilst maintaining up to date records of work completed and developing effective relationships with colleagues, clients and other key stakeholders.
Can you do it? Yes, you can- if you have FGAS certification, a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills and an understanding of BMS systems – ideally alongside some refrigeration and air conditioning engineering experience within the facilities management sector.
