Training Coordinator - Mazda
About the role
Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Training Coordinator for our client Mazda.
You’ll be responsible for booking technical training courses for Mazda which involves liaising with the engineers to ensure the right course is booked, keeping up to date KPI’s, diary management and also contact with the client to make sure the right courses are on at the correct time.
- Analyse the TNA results to identify training pathway required for each technician
- Schedule the training calendar in order to meet the networks training demand
- Ensure courses are 85% utilised
- Be the main point of contact between Mazda and Babcock, and the Mazda dealer network
- Coordination of projects identified between Mazda and Babcock
What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need experience in a busy administration role, good Excel skills, excellent communication skills within a customer facing environment.
If you have experience in a training department, this would be preferred but not essential.
What else do I need to know?
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
