Job Purpose Summary
Marlowe Fire and Security Group are a fast-growing business, with multiple acquisitions annually, this role is to support the team as we expand.
Assisting the Lead Support Engineer with resolving queries from Team Members across the business via telephone, helpdesk ticket system, and onsite as needed.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Provide first line support in-line with company policies and procedures
Identify and resolve hardware and software related issues, across the company platforms
Able to work as part of a team, and independently without close supervision as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing workloads
Would suit someone at the beginning of their IT career, who strives to be the best, by being punctual, absorbing knowledge, and growing within the business.
Exposure to Microsoft Windows, Networking, Microsoft Office, and mobile platforms such as Android would be beneficial.
Hands on training will be provided, previous experience within an IT department is not necessary but would be desirable.
