Randox is looking for a UI / UX Developer to play a key role within our Web Development Team. Our UI / UX Developer will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wire-frames and designs and ultimately aligning user behaviour to actions that deliver results.
The successful candidate will be working alongside other Web Developers, Software Developers and Marketers collaborating and iterating on the user experience of our web and software platforms giving you exposure and involvement in the Web Development process.
Create concepts, wire-frames and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences
Design and create mock-ups and user journeys for a wide range of devices including mobile
Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behaviour
The use of rapid design and testing methodology
Clearly communicate research and design ideas to other team members and upper management
The role will be based at the Randox Science Park in Antrim.
The successful applicant:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experienced user of UX software like Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Demonstrable experience in a similar role (ideally 2 years +)
The ability to work as part of a team and make sound decisions for IT related issues
Knowledge of responsive design and optimising for mobile.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent documentation skills
