Within our engineering center in Tamworth (Birmingham area) and in collaboration with our IT experts, you will:
Support the sites with the Business Unit Europe in improving IT and Cyber Security standards and meeting compliance targets.
Undertake projects targeted in aligning the site’s IT Infrastructure to PO Security standards.
Be point of contact for Division Security officer for all subjects concerning IT Security / IT Compliance throughout Business Unit Europe.
Study and document the current methods by which industrial equipment is connected to external parties. To evaluate the connection methods with current PO Standards and identify the changes required.
To liaise with the Plastic Omnium GROUP TechPole IT team where inaccuracies are detected in the data and monitor remediation measures.
You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering school with a focus on IT and knowledge in cyber security challenges.
As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g. one semester or year outside your home country).
You are open-minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.
Your English is fluent. Another language would be a plus.
12 months, starting September 2021. Renewable for another 12 months.
