The Cloud Services Team is responsible for the provision, configuration and management of cloud services (including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365) across the University.
The role of Junior Cloud Engineer is to support and maintain the services under the guidance of the Cloud Service Manager and other engineers in the team.
Have good triage skills in understanding a problem and articulating to other engineers.
Some experience of Microsoft or Azure administration.
Good understanding of email routing principles
Experience of supporting non-technical customers with their IT needs
Have experience on powershell
