The Billing team is responsible for collating data and generating invoices for all hardware. They deal with all queries and account reconciliations.
Contacting customers to obtain accurate meter readings on a monthly basis
Capturing and inputting customer data
Dealing with customer queries via email/phone
Raising invoices/credits for settlements
Assisting with month end procedures
An analytical eye with good attention to detail
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (basic Excel)
Must have a very good telephone manner with both internal and external clients
