The selected candidate will join Industrial System Design and Modelling organization to assist in technique development and end user support of the CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA and SIMULIA solutions from Dassault Systemes and others tools (Anylogic, Matlab;SAP).
Tasks and Accountabilities:
Creating best practices by delivering demonstrators, pilots and serial deployment for Industrial using current and future toolset.
Defining, Developing, deploying Industrial Modelling and simulation and Digital twin capabilities following Verification & Validation plan
Creating Industrial DMU and related methodology documentation and best practices to assist the Industrial teams from conceptual design through finished industrial system.
Identifying current or future skill gaps in the frame of Industrial MBSE and derive and address adequate actions.
Skills and Experience:
University degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
Experience of Model Based Systems Engineering MBSE (Essential)
Experience with digital manufacturing tools and techniques (Delmia, Process Simulate, Plant simulation/Anylogic; Matlab; Simulink or equivalent).Knowledge and Experience with big data, data analytics and machine Learning is a plus
Strong understanding of Lean principles and implementation of Lean strategies.
Effective decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one.
Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on the ability to effectively influence others, and a collaborative approach are a must.
A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative, and actionable manner.
