Field Service Engineer | England (Midlands)
Independently providing in-depth technical and basic application support around user training and customer usage of Sakura’s equipment. The Field Service Engineer performs installations together with the Application Specialist. Together you promote and train customers to be virtually self-supportive. In this role you take full responsibility for ultimate customer satisfaction which leads to our commercial success.

In this role you will travel up to 75% of your time, you join a team of seven 'top class' engineers.

performing preventative maintenance, basic route cause analysis and troubleshooting
people orientated and a team player
a passionate engineer with excellent communication skills
a minimum of 5 years working experience in supporting complex systems
strong presentation skills and passion for your trade!
relevant professional technical qualifications
solid experience in training and advising professionals
a practical approach with a can-do and hands-on mentality
live in the Birmingham / Coventry area and feel at home in an international environment
communicate in an open way, take and share responsibility
like to work independently
can express yourself fluently in English, both verbal and written

Sakura offers a basic salary of £35.000 - £41.000 per annum (based on experience) a company car, an attractive bonus structure, private medical insurance / dental care and a pension plan.
