Perform requirement gathering and analysis for all business processes
As a Senior Consultant, you will be hands on working with Salesforce and all related cloud technologies, Sales / Marketing and Service, designing and implementing the key technical components of the Salesforce solution. You will share implementation best practices and partner with the Architect to conduct design reviews during major project milestones.
Lead review of current business processes and develop optimisation strategies
Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders for acceptance
Work with key business stakeholders to understand prioritised, detailed delivery requirements
Breakdown requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Design and implementation of business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com.
Analysis of current CPQ requirements identifying the business gap / product selection / development of solution following best practise.
Implementation of Sales cloud (currently Sales are using Microsoft Dynamics but will be migrating to Salesforce) including:
Identify gaps and specify developments
Implement configuration of the standard product
Conduct workshops with key users to validate the proposed solution
Assist with developing and rolling out a training programme
Documentation and analysis of business requirements for both a Distributor portal. Work with developers to implement a solution using Partner Communities.
Convey to the business why change is taking place and who will be affected
Work with business departments to deliver required business process and operational change
Organise training materials, workshops and train staff on new systems
Skills and Experience required:
The desired consultant will be required to have knowledge of a CPQ solution and in-depth knowledge of partner / customer communities.
Involvement in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment.
Experience working directly with key decision makers, facilitate business process analysis sessions, develop and deliver key components of technology solution.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Experience providing mentoring and guidance to other team members.
3+ years of experience with hands-on Salesforce configuration, preferably with Sales, Service & Community Cloud.
Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall.
One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud).
Experience in IT business analysis or a related field
Experience working on Salesforce CRM implementation projects
Administrator certification is a must
Sales Cloud & Service Cloud certifications (desirable)
Experience working on business transformation projects on a global scale
Experience working with senior decision makers
Experience of working as part of an Agile Scrum team
Excellent documentation skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
