Right now, Hitachi Capital is going through a period of significant IT transformation and improvement. As a result we are looking for a Voice Engineer to join our Network and Voice team in Leeds.
Key day to day responsibilities for this role will include:
Supporting the network team in order to drive high quality, efficient and secure solutions into HCUK infrastructure
Taking ownership of incident resolution and our existing voice monitoring capabilities and practices.
Actively investigating and remediating security vulnerabilities, evaluating threats to HCUK infrastructure and carrying out patch management where necessary.
Working closely with the HCUK ‘Lines of Defence' to ensure areas such as Security, Compliance and Risk are embedded in our key procedures
Assist the Technical Design Authority team in creating unified communication according to best practice taking into account any budget and time constraints.
On-call and call-out rates will be paid
You will be an assured communicator, with a structured and methodical approach to problem solving.
Working at CCNA level
Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager V11
You'll be experienced with UCCX v11, Queue Scripting, advanced call routing, IOS Upgrades, SIP Deliveries and Call Recording Solutions
