Production of CMM/PMM programmes in PCDmis & Quindos from supplied Customer Data Blue Prints & CAD Models
Provision of structured Light Programs and data analysis
Provision of programs and methods for any Programmable Inspection Instrument e.g contracer
Working to ASME Y 14.5 with full understanding of GDT principles
Create complex 3D scan programs for aerofoils and process via PW Airfoils/Blade software
Maintenance and improvement of existing CMM programs
Creation and effective documentation of new programs IAW Company procedures
Creation of set up sheets to control program issue and allow shop floor set up
Correlation of programs to prove accuracy and precision (Knowledge of AS13003)
Inspection planning for new/existing product
Supporting Quality Engineers from a point of:
Assisting in production of First Articles as required
Assisting with Inspection support as required
Assisting with Quality in General as required by the relevant Quality engineer
Completion of CMM MSA studies
Supporting Inspection from a point of:
Over checking CMM programs by 1st principle overcheck
Prove out of new product and pass off prior to batch production
Calibration of product tooling as required
Proven inspection & programming background
Comprehensive AME Y14.5 knowledge
Able to interpret complex blue print and model data
Keen to make a difference
Organised, methodical and diligent
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
