We provide full spectrum of execution capabilities including Sponsored and Direct Market Access, Smart Order Routing, and Algorithmic execution. Technology is a key factor to success of this business, hence we focus on a small number of technologies and platforms, each dedicated and optimised for particular function to archive best results.
Providing every day coding in C++
Working effectively in a flat compact and regionally distributed multi-skilled team
Taking end-to-end responsibility for delivery: working with other Information Technology groups to define and deliver proper hardware infrastructure, deploying components and working with Support teams to establish monitoring
Taking involvement in architectural design discussions to help shape the strategic direction of the platform
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in coding with C++ in a professional Linux environment
Oracle SQL and Bash/Perl/Python scripting is beneficial.
Engineering low latency solutions beneficial
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to work with business partners and other developers
Experience of working in a robust technology environment with a clear appreciation of software development best practices and change control procedures
Finance experience in Front Office Technology domain is beneficial
Understanding of market microstructure in Equity markets is beneficial
Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience (a degree in Finance, Maths, Physics, Computer Science, Econometrics, Statistics or Engineering, or the equivalent work experience or qualifications would be beneficial)
