We have long term placement opportunities available for a Project Support Officer available at the John Radcliffe, OX3 9DU (The Hill). Please be aware this is a 40 hour a month placement - Usually month end to process claims etc
Responsibilities will cover a number of areas such as.
Compilation and submission of evidenced monthly claims and interim reporting to funding organisations.
Reconciliation of claims and other cash-flows against our own cost-centres maintained by the central Finance function.
Maintenance and production of internal financial reporting, including actual v budget v projected position.
Preparation and issuing of invoices, arranging purchases of goods and services.

They are an innovation cluster and accelerator programme based at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH), working in Oxfordshire and across the Thames Valley with NHS Trusts, universities, digital developers, innovators, and investors. The working hours for this role are Monday-Friday 9.00 AM -17.00 PM. 40 Hours a month
