As an Operations Support Manager, you will be supporting the Corby DC in the provision of reporting and analysis to support improvement of DC KPIs.
Leveraging internal software applications to automate data collection and develop and produce, professional reporting suites for the Site Leadership team. Supporting capacity provision in the UK DCs by working closely with Operations teams in both Corby and Nuneaton, providing insight on best product placement across both sites.

What You Will Do
Within this position you will be producing weekly/monthly site performance reports for UK Operations Leadership Teams, while Proactively building a network across the business, personally supporting change initiatives and ensuring plans are in place within the site to support delivery. You will be supporting the main operational departments in identifying and delivering savings and customer service improvements, while also supporting and driving continuous Improvement delivering tangible and measurable benefits

Experience of managing large multi skilled diverse teams

Broad operational experience of delivery within a fast paced, complex environment
Excellent planning & organising skills with the ability to demonstrate successful plan delivery
Experience of being responsible for and delivering against budget, including identifying and delivering ongoing cost reductions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to appropriately inform and influence audiences at all levels
Highly numerate with excellent, proven analytical skills
Technically competent with advanced software skills, spreadsheets and databases
Experience of warehouse and inventory management systems
