Reporting to the Helpdesk & Service Manager you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our dealers and customers worldwide including technical assistance, parts, warranty and quality support and training on our products
Working as part of a dedicated team delivering first class service to dealers and customers
Provide technical support to our Global Dealer Network
Researching and responding to customer enquiries on parts & warranty
Cooperate with product group engineers and quality team to ensure products are manufactured and delivered to the highest quality standards
Ensuring all Part Manuals are accurate and updated as required
Cooperate with product group engineers to develop performance and test criteria for new products and product upgrades
To investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
Travelling world wide to locations of dealers and customers
Carrying out maintenance and servicing of Terex materials processing product line
Minimum of 3 years field service experience, preferably within the heavy manufacturing industry
Good general mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
Working knowledge of Diesel-Hydraulic and electro-Hydraulic systems
Have the ability to read drawings and technical publications
Able to work effectively across a range of cultures
Hold a valid clean drivers licence and valid passport
Be computer literate in the usual range of Microsoft Products
