About our programme:
The Galliford Try Trainee Development Programme aims to provide you with the personal
knowledge and skills needed to support your professional development during your career at
Galliford Try. The programme is comprised of two main elements: The Structure Training Framework and the Trainee Development Course. The Structured Training Framework provides Galliford Try trainees with a formal documented record of on-the-job training activities and The Trainee Development Course consists of three modules designed to enhance your leadership skills.
What we’re looking for:
Trainees from a wide range of backgrounds including Civil/Structural Engineering (or similar).
Full UK driving licence (or currently learning) (desirable)
Passion, flexibility, resilience and adaptability
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build positive working relationships
Self-starters, independent thinkers and positive role models
Highly motivated, curious, self-confident individuals who enjoy working as part of a team as well as individually
Good analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.

We have opportunities across the UK within our Highways business. This role is based in the South of England in Yeovil.
