Main Purpose of Job and Objectives
To work with PPM implementation Project Manager and assigned team to provide complete Planned Preventative Maintenance program for TA Glasgow site installed manufacturing and support area equipment base
To carry out and document assessments of clean room equipment for Planned Maintenance task content requirements and document these, using a suitably defined methodology
Carry out and help document generic H+S and PUWER risk assessments for installed equipment to provide Scope of Work and method statements for PPM activities
Identify spare part/kit requirements to support PPM program long term
Work with procurement team to identify suitable and capable suppliers for spare parts and define minimum stock levels for these - by part/kit
Provide input to PPM schedule on SAP R3 scheduler system
Train maintenance and Facilities technicians on execution of defined PM activities
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum HNC in Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering discipline.
Electrical/Electronic experience within a multi-disciplined environment
Specific training in relevant HASAWA Technology areas.
