Position Title: Senior Voice Engineer
1. Location: Leatherhead, UK (Full Time)
Position Description/Job Responsibilities
Implement and support high performance, secure, and resilient voice and network infrastructure.
Collaborate with a global team of voice and network engineers and ensure continued responsiveness and operational stability of the network infrastructure.
Provide support in the analysis and resolution of voice and networking problems.
Assist in standardizing processes, technologies, and automating routine tasks.
Document and diagram network designs and configurations.
Collaborate and coordinate with ISP, Wireline and wireless carriers and vendors as required for any service installation or degradation
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Cisco enterprise voice networks - including network design, hands-on implementation/configuration of Cisco CUCM, UCCX, CUC, ISDN PRI, SIP Trunks, LAN/WAN/WLAN networking devices and operational support.
Experience with UCCX Scripting and Finesse administration
Strong voice debugging experience on ISDN PRI & SIP routers
Experience with enterprise networking technologies, tools and processes to include routing, switching, traffic optimization and QoS
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of ITIL Change, Incident and Problem management processes.
Knowledge of industry best practices for designing, implementing, and maintaining network services throughout the system life cycle.
Industry certifications: CCNP Voice and/or R&S is preferred.
