Our Head Office Business Intelligence department is looking for a proactive, passionate, and analytical professional to join our team and build a career in a challenging fast paced environment.

Business Intelligence is one of the main departments in providing and supporting the executive management and operational departments with relevant indicators for targeted management of all business processes within the company.

As a VBA developer, you will support and improve existing VBA based applications. You will design and develop solutions to optimise business processes and automate report generation.

We have a hybrid working model for Head Office roles, with only 3 days in the office per week, ensuring you have a flexible work life balance.

What you'll do
Rebuild and enhance current tools and applications in VBA
Full lifecycle development including analysing current processes, developing solutions, testing, and providing on-going support once live
Advise on best working practice for spreadsheet and database design
Provide advice to stakeholders on data flow and processing improvements
Plan and track project development with MS Project
Manage stakeholders’ expectations
What you'll need
Experience in delivering VBA solutions/applications, ideally in a retail environment
Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA, with experience in delivering end to end projects
The ability to work on projects and solve problems independently
Proven ability to work in a team, collaborate and have a flexible approach to development style
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues confidently and effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail
Knowledge of SQL and or Python also desirable
