Main duties will include:
To obtain a clear understanding of scheduling requirements to enable effective scheduling
Loading employee rota information onto our time management system, shifts on Microsoft teams.
To liaise with engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation of testing programme and resolve any issues
Booking of accommodation and any transport necessary for engineers to complete the job
Booking of hired equipment necessary for engineers to complete the job
To obtain a clear understanding of scope of FW Testing works for each customer
To liaise with clients to ensure smooth scheduling and operations of contracts, details including dates, times and contact details
Be the main contact for customers to keep in touch with outside of the sales team
Follow an approved quotes process for electrical work
To provide experience, knowledge and guidance to the wider Compliance Team.
To support the delivery of the overall team target.
To represent the Company
Auditing, collating and preparing client reports/certificates to agreed SLA timescales
Proactively escalating and contacting engineers/subcontractors for updates on queries so that agreed SLA’s are met
Compile, maintain the asset register for engineer’s equipment
Ensure customer complaints are dealt with speedily and escalated to the line manger
To be successful in this role you will need:
A valid driving licence/your own vehicle to travel as part of this role
Experience of using CAFM, SAP
IT literate (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), GCSE in IT – Essential
Office Experience – Essential
Customer service experience – Essential
Previous experience in call handling environment
Ability to ‘listen’ and understand client needs
Positive mental attitude
Ability to generate a ‘solution’ to the Clients expressed needs
