This is an exciting time to join us at our Grangemouth site, the Company’s’ largest manufacturing asset. The site is undergoing a radical transformation with significant investment into the chemicals business in the order of £450m, securing long term feedstocks and delivering a number of synchronised projects.
These projects so far have included the successful commissioning of Europe’s largest shale gas ethane tank and completing the building of the new, state of the art Grangemouth headquarters.
To aid the delivery of our projects, we require a Projects Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of these.
The successful candidate:
Will have extensive industrial experience in delivery of automation projects ideally gained in petrochemical and allied industries.
Will have a strong background in Control and Instrumentation.
Will be familiar with documentation requirements of projects.
Will have experience in forecasting resource requirements.
Experience with planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera.
Develop policies and procedures required to deliver automation scope.
Carry out quality assurance functions in relation to project delivery.
