We have an excellent opportunity for a Trend Field Service Engineer to join the Trend advance team. You will cover the clients across London (zones 1 to 6).
What you will be doing?
You will undertake installation, commissioning and maintenance works on TREND Building Energy Management Systems
Provide superior individual performance through excellent customer service
Respond to customer requests for support or advice ensuring effective resolution of customer requirements or referring as appropriate
Develop, maintain and improve relationships with the customer by providing expert advice and acting as a specialist resource
You will work within a team of Engineers to maintain and improve productivity and efficiency whilst developing within a stable team based environment
Seek and action all commercial opportunities through the issue of Time and Materials Quotations
We’re looking for:
Experience using SET (System Engineering Tool).
Previous Trend experience.
Certificate in a Trend official course.
Ability to work on 24/7 call out rota.
Can demonstrate a level of understanding of typical HVAC and mechanical plant operations (i.e. an understanding of Boilers, Chillers, VT & CT circuits, AHU’s etc.)
