£25,000 per annum Pro-Rata plus benefits!
As a Senior Technician, you will be offering day to day IT support to clients remotely and sometimes on-site and acting as a technical lead - using your experience to introduce new services to the clients of the business via sound proposition to the MD. You will play an active role in a small team of professional engineers, across a diverse range of technologies, who carry out, support, maintenance, fault investigations, and upgrades and ensure faults and support tickets are resolved effectively, ultimately ensuring changes and enhancements implemented professionally, with minimal risk and minimal service disruption.
Knowledge & Experience Must have:
- Experience of managing the expectations external customers
- Background in driving good practice around the process
- Desktop troubleshooting
- Server OS troubleshooting
- RMM tools
- Remote support
- Bespoke PC builds
- M365 Migrations
